Q. How do I start the consultation process?

A. Email us here and a information packet will be returned promptly, use this packet and add any additional information you feel needs to be addressed and one of our professionals will contact you via email.

 

Q. Does PM do any custom work? (design, web, photo's, or otherwise)

A. Yes we do please email us here and we can start the process.

 

Q. If I buy a website from you do I have to buy web hosting from you?

A. Yes.

 

Q. What about Domain name hosting and registration?

A. As long as we can point your domain name towards our web servers then no, but we DO register and host domain names which means that your web hosting and domain name are both in one convenient location!

 

Q. Does PM do in home photo shoots?

A. No. For the safety of our photographers we do not.

 

Q. Whats the normal turnaround time for your various services?

A. Design and photography services: Up to 2 weeks

Website construction: Up to 30 days

 

Q. I paid my deposit how do I check my order status or ask for changes?
